In recent years the capital of Cyprus has become more and more crowded with development and so developers have been looking to Larnaca to further their investment opportunities. New golf resorts, a new marina large enough to take the most luxury of yachts and an already thriving tourist industry are only a few of the attractions of the area.
The port of Larnaca is to be redeveloped as a cruise base for the Mediterranean which will bring many more people to that area of the island. The government and the Zenon Consortium which owns two large cruise lines have agreed an £800 million grant to develop the area.
As well as this there are new 5 star hotels planned, new airport facilities and the planned development of shopping areas and leisure facilities.
All these factors make Larnaca a very attractive place for holiday makers and investors alike. So why not check out the area with a holiday and look for potential investments before the market booms in Larnaca, Cyprus.
