Larnaca, leading the way in development
In recent years the capital of Cyprus has become more and more crowded with development and so developers have been looking to Larnaca to further their investment opportunities. The port of Larnaca is to be redeveloped as a cruise base for the Mediterranean which will bring many more people to that area of the island. The government and the Zenon Consortium which owns two large cruise lines have agreed an £800 million grant to develop the area.
